If you are having trouble, please read through the issues below as one of them may solve your issue.

I can’t log in:

• Don’t remember your username?
  • Your username is the email address you signed up with.
  • If you don’t remember what email you used please check your email folders for emails from vu@varsityuniversity.org. Our emails will only go to the email address you signed up with.
• Wrong password/Don’t know password
  • Please click on the “Forgot Password’’ button on the login page.
• If you get an error or do not get the email:
  • Please double check your email is spelled correctly.
  • Please double check you’re using the right email address.
• If you didn’t get the email, please check spam or quarantine. School email servers tend to filter out many outside emails.

I didn’t get the email with my login:

• Please check your spam folder.
• If you don’t have an email, please email vu@varsityuniversity.org
  • Include the email address associated with your account.

I can’t access content I should have access to:

• Please send an email to vu@varsityuniversity.org including:
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The URL of the page you cannot access
